Children’s Dentistry has been caring for the smiles of the Low Country since 1978. We now have offices located in West Ashley on Tobias Gadson, North Charleston on Northside Dr, and Summerville on Midland Pkwy.

Children’s Dentistry was founded on the principles of Pediatric Dentistry with the vision of providing optimal health and care for infants, children, adolescents and persons with special health care needs while providing a fun, relaxed, learning experience.

We believe that if children can have fun while developing positive dental habits, they will be more likely to have good oral health for the rest of their lives. To make your child’s appointment more convenient we have established three locations in the Low Country area to better serve your busy schedule. Schedule your child’s appointment at a time and place more-suitable to your schedule by visiting us in West Ashley, North Charleston, or Summerville.

Keeping in Check With Check-ups

Regular dental visits help your child stay cavity-free. Your child will be placed on our six month PREVENTIVE RECALL VISIT PROGRAM after any necessary restorative treatment is completed. At recall appointments, your child's teeth will be cleaned and treated with topical fluoride to help prevent new cavities and will be examined and evaluated by the dentist.

Pediatric dental specialists are trained to treat the unique needs of children of all ages. The pediatric dentists at Children's Dentistry have completed two years of specialty training after dental school. These specialized skills enable us to manage the needs of all children and young people including those who are mentally, physically or emotionally challenged.
