Your Best Investment is Prevention! The staff at
Children's Dentistry provides a well-baby oral screening free of charge
for children 6-18 months of age. We recommend that your child begin
routine preventive dental visits by the age of two. This way, if problems
are detected, they can be treated early. At the initial appointment, we
will carefully examine your child's mouth. Additionally, we will attempt
to get to know and understand your child. New Patient Health History Form For your convenience when visiting our office, please print the New Patient Health History Form, complete the information and bring it with you to your first visit.
