We also care for many special children in our practice and have several treatment options available, including sedation for the very young or extremely apprehensive patient. Keeping in Check With Check-upsRegular dental visits help your child stay cavity-free. Your child will be placed on our six month PREVENTIVE VISIT PROGRAM (recall) after any necessary restorative treatment is completed. At recall appointments, your child's teeth will be cleaned and treated with topical fluoride to help prevent new cavities. The close supervision of the growth and development of your child's teeth and the supporting facial bones is one of our major concerns. We will check your child's bite and monitor the eruption and alignment of the permanent teeth. A Few Words About Our Financial Policy and InsuranceOnce a treatment plan has been decided, we will prepare a cost estimate for you to review. Fees are due and payable when services are rendered. If necessary, we will work with you and your financial situation on an individual basis and will be happy to discuss our available payment options. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. As a courtesy to our patients, we accept most dental insurance and will be happy to file for you. We will verify your coverage and help you determine the estimated portion due from you. We request that you bring your insurance booklet, insurance card and completed insurance form(s) with you to the office.
